DAIWA JSC VISITED PACIFIC SHIPBUILDING JSC - HAI PHONG

     The Board of Directors of DAIWA Development Investment Joint Stock Company visited, held a working session with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of Pacific Shipbuilding JSC - Hai Phong. During the visit, they received an appointment letter designating them as the unit responsible for promoting the development of services such as seeking ship owners, expanding business, and developing partnerships, with the aim of enhancing and improving the operational efficiency of Pacific Shipbuilding JSC.

     At the meeting, the two partners also discussed issues of mutual interest, trends/future of the industries/fields in which the two partners are operating.

     The Leaders of both partners also expressed their desire to accompany, share, and support each other for mutual development in the coming time.

     Pacific Shipbuilding JSC are pleased to officially authorize Daiwa Development Investment Joint Stock Company to act on behalf of Pacific Shipbuilding JSC in seeking business opportunities in the following areas:

• New Building Projects
• Foreign Investment
• Investment Partnerships
• Other business cooperation (if any) such as M&A help to strengthen, expanding and running the company efficiently.
